We offer 13-yard dumpsters as our standard size. However, if your project requires the capacity of a 20, 30, or even 40-yard dumpster, we can provide multiple 13-yard dumpsters to equal that volume. This way you get the same total capacity as a larger dumpster, just distributed into two or three smaller bins for convenient placement.

Our 13-yard dumpster rentals in Brentwood start at $390 for a 3-day rental, $445 for 7 days, and $545 for 14 days (these rates include 1 ton of disposal). Longer rentals (e.g. 30 days for $700) and additional weight are available for extra fees. We always provide upfront pricing with no hidden charges.

Our dumpsters can take most household junk, furniture, yard waste, construction and demolition debris, appliances, and so on. Basically, anything that isn’t hazardous or excessively heavy. Prohibited items include things like hazardous waste, liquids (paints, oils), tires, and batteries.

Usually no permit is needed if the dumpster will be placed on your own property (e.g., your driveway). In most residential cases, a driveway placement requires no permit.

We can often deliver a dumpster to you within 24 hours of your request. In Brentwood, we frequently do next-day deliveries. If you need same-day service, give us a call as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We schedule delivery at a time convenient for you, and you don’t need to be present as long as we have clear placement instructions and payment has been made.
